The present invention relates to a multifunctional eco-friendly buoy and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: a buoyancy body preparing step of preparing a buoyancy body which is to be used as a buoy; a perforation step of forming a through-hole in the buoyancy body; a first covering step of covering an inner circumferential surface of the through-hole and a portion of the side surface of the buoyancy body by using a flexible synthetic resin member; a second covering step of covering a region including a remaining portion of the side surface of the buoyancy body by using a heat shrinkable synthetic resin member; a heating step of applying heat to a resulting product finishing the first and second covering steps to shrink the heat shrinkable synthetic resin member; and a coating step of stacking a polyurea coating layer on the outer surface of the buoyancy body or the resulting product after the perforation step or the heating step. The multifunctional eco-friendly buoy according to the present invention does not cause environmental contamination, is environmentally friendly, and reinforces durability, water resistance, insulation property, flexibility, impact resistance, anti-corrosion properties, weatherability, and wear resistance of the buoy by completely sealing the buoy with an eco-friendly polyurea coating layer such that there is no concern of exposing a Styrofoam during using of the buoy since there is not an adhesion portion or a fusion portion on the surface of the buoy at all. Further, the multifunctional eco-friendly buoy according to the present invention greatly improves installation workability by lightening weight of the buoy and forming a passage portion in a central part of the buoy to pass a rope through the passage portion, widens a range of applications and reduces manufacturing costs accordingly by enabling various methods of fastening the rope to be performed.

    본 발명은 다기능성 친환경 부표 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이는, 부표로 사용하기 위한 부력체를 준비하는 부력체준비단계와; 상기 부력체에 관통홀 형성하는 천공단계와; 가요성 합성수지부재를 이용해 상기 관통홀의 내주면과 부력체의 측면 일부를 커버하는 1차커버단계와; 열수축성 합성수지부재를 이용해 상기 부력체 측면의 나머지 부분을 포함하는 영역을 커버하는 2차커버단계와; 상기 1,2차커버단계를 마친 결과물에 열을 가하여 상기 열수축성 합성수지를 수축시키는 가열단계와; 상기 천공단계 또는 가열단계의 이후에, 상기 부력체 또는 상기 결과물의 외부면에 폴리우레아코팅층을 적층하는 코팅단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 다기능성 친환경 부표는, 친환경적인 폴리우레아 코팅층으로 완전히 밀폐되어, 표면에 접착이나 융착부위가 전혀 없으므로, 사용 중 스티로폼이 노출될 염려가 없어 환경오염을 야기하지 않으며, 환경친화적인 동시에 부표의 내구성과 내수성, 단열성, 유연성, 내충격성, 방식성, 내후성, 내마모성이 강화되며; 또한 중량이 경량화되고, 중앙부에 로프를 관통시킬 수 있는 통로부를 가지므로, 설치작업성이 대폭 향상되고 다양한 방식의 로프 결속이 가능하여 그만큼 응용 범위가 넓으며, 제조원가가 절감된다.
