It is an invention to provide an effective reinforcing agent networked silica-carbon black composite of SBR tread compound rubber, which has low rolling resistance while maintaining high rubber properties, from nylon silica and carbon black. The carbon black is physically immobilized on the networked silica so that carbon black granules undergo an appropriate level of percolation within the rubber. In order to exhibit the synergy of grounding force and rotation resistance improvement of the nylon silica and a conductivity enhancement function of the carbon black and the carbon nanotube, the networked silica-carbon black composite, carbon black, and carbon nanotubes are added, so that the processability, tensile properties, dynamic properties, abrasion resistance, as well as the electrical resistivity of the compound rubber are raised to an appropriate level for use in the tread rubber.
고무 물성을 높게 유지하면서도 회전 저항이 작은 SBR 트레드용 배합 고무의 효과적인 보강제 둥지 실리카-카본블랙 복합체를 둥지 실리카와 카본블랙으로부터 제공하는 발명이다. 카본블랙 알갱이가 고무 내에서 적정 수준으로 운동하여 이어짐(percolation)이 이루어지도록 카본블랙을 둥지 실리카에 물리적으로 고정시킨다. 둥지 실리카의 접지력과 회전 저항 개선 기능과 카본블랙과 탄소나노튜브의 전도성 증진 기능의 상승 효과가 나타나도록 둥지 실리카-카본블랙 복합체, 카본블랙, 탄소나노튜브를 첨가하여 배합 고무의 가공성, 인장성질, 동적 성질, 내마모성뿐 아니라 전기 저항률을 트레드 고무에 사용하기 적정한 수준으로 제고한다.
