The present invention relates to an insulation structure of a cryogenic storage tank, which can absorb interval displacement between first insulation panels using an elastic sheet formed by materials capable of being elastically deformed so as to prevent fluid flowing from an outer portion of a tank body from being discharged to the outside. According to the present invention, the insulation structure of a cryogenic storage tank comprises: a plurality of first insulation panels; a plurality of inner protection plates; a second insulation panel; a plurality of outer protection plates; and the elastic sheet.
