판재 조각들을 적절하게 일치시킬 수 있으며, 판재 조각들을 적절하게 일치할 수 있는 경우에 있어서도 제품의 중량을 무겁게 하게 않는 프레스 성형품 및 그의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 블랭크재 B를 절곡함으로써, 블랭크재를 절곡부를 사이에 두고 제1 판재 조각(10)과 제2 판재조각(20)으로 분할하며, 절곡함으로써 제1 판재조각과 제2 판재조각을 당접시켜서 형성한 프레스 성형품(100)에 있어서, 제1 판재조각 및 제2 판재조각은 블랭크재를 펀칭하여 형성한 펀칭부(11), (21)과, 펀칭부의 연부를 상승하여 형성한 제1 상승부(12) 및 제2 상승부(22)를 가지며, 제1 판재조각의 제1 상승부와 제2 판재조각의 제2 상승부를 계합시킴으로써 제1 판재조각과 제2 판재조각을 위치 결정하는 위치 결정부(40)가 마련된다.
