According to one embodiment of the present invention, a device for controlling driving torque intervention of a hybrid vehicle comprises: a driving information detecting portion; and a controller. The driving information detecting portion detects a driving torque intervention request of a hybrid vehicle. The controller derives target motor torque and target engine torque according to the required amount of change in driving torque when the driving torque intervention is requested, wherein the target motor torque is derived so that a high voltage battery does not exceed an SOC charge/discharge limited range. In addition, the controller limits the target engine torque to the target engine torque or less before the intervention request to obtain the final engine torque, and corrects the target motor torque to the final motor torque according to the final engine torque.

    본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 구동토크 인터벤션 제어 장치는, 하이브리드 차량의 구동토크 인터벤션 요구를 검출하는 운전정보 검출부; 및 구동토크 인터벤션 요구시, 필요한 구동토크 변화량에 따라 목표 모터 토크와 목표 엔진 토크를 도출하되 목표 모터 토크는 고전압 배터리가 SOC 충방전 제한범위를 벗어나지 않도록 도출하고, 목표 엔진 토크를 인터벤션 요구 이전의 목표 엔진 토크 이하로 제한하여 최종 엔진 토크를 구하며, 최종 엔진 토크에 따라 목표 모터 토크를 최종 모터 토크로 보정하는 제어기를 포함하는 점에 그 특징이 있다.
