The present invention relates to a high-strength fiber composite reinforced hard core panel for a vessel interior, which is lightweight, has excellent mechanical properties and nonflammability, and a high water resistance and with improved bending strength and compressive strength to not be easily broken and to have a high control on fine and large cracks, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the high-strength fiber composite reinforced hard core panel for the vessel interior comprises: 100 pts.wt. of an organic/inorganic binder which comprises: 35-45 pts.wt. of a liquid silicate; 10-15 pts.wt. of a nano silica; 0.2-20 pts.wt. of an Li-based additive; 0.2-20 pts.wt. of a silane compound; 0.2-3.0 pts.wt. of a liquid silicon; 0.2-3.0 pts.wt. of water for industrial purpose; and 30-54.2 pts.wt. of an organic copolymer; 100 pts.wt. of organic/inorganic materials which comprises: 50-60 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler; 13-20 pts.wt. of a strength reinforcing agent; 10-20 pts.wt. of a hollow light-weight additive; 2-10 pts.wt. of an organic fiber; and 15-20 pts.wt. of an inorganic fiber; and a grid formed in a porous mesh shape to, when a panel is formed by heating and pressurizing organic/inorganic mixed materials, which are obtained by mixing the organic/inorganic binder and the organic/inorganic materials, be built in an area corresponding to the area of the panel and to form a frame structure to support the organic/inorganic mixed materials.

    본 발명은 선박 내장용 고강도 섬유 복합 강화형 하드코어 패널 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 경량성, 기계적 물성 및 불연성이 우수하며 고내수성이면서도, 굽힘강도와 압축강도가 향상되어 쉽게 깨지지 않고 미세균열 및 거대균열에 대해서도 높은 억제력을 갖는 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 선박 내장용 고강도 섬유 복합 강화형 하드코어 패널은, 액상 규산염 35~45중량부, 나노실리카 10~15 중량부, Li계 첨가제 0.2~20중량부, 실란화합물 0.2~2.0중량부에 더해 액상 실리콘 0.2~3.0중량부, 공업용수 0.2~3.0중량부, 유기계 공중합체 30~54.2중량부로 이루어진 유/무기 바인더 100중량부와; 무기필러 50~60중량부, 강도 보강제 13~20중량부, 중공형 경량 첨가제 10~20중량부, 유기계 섬유 2~10중량부, 무기계 섬유 15~20중량부로 이루어진 유/무기 재료 100중량부와; 다공성의 메시 형태로 형성되고 상기 유/무기 바인더와 유/무기 재료를 혼합한 유/무기 혼합재료를 가열 및 가압하여 패널을 성형할 때 상기 패널 면적에 대응하는 면적으로 내설되어 상기 유/무기 혼합재료를 지지하는 골격 구조를 형성하는 그리드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
