The present invention relates to a fuel tank meter for a small ship, capable of precisely measuring the amount of fuel. According to the present invention, the fuel tank meter comprises: a fuel meter body part; and a fuel meter sensor part. The fuel meter body part includes: a fastening body screw-coupled to an inlet formed in a ship′s fuel tank to open/close the inlet; and a fuel meter pipe vertically installed in a lower part of the fastening body. The fuel meter pipe has a length corresponding to the inner height of the fuel tank while having a closed lower part, and has a fuel passing hole perforated in a lower end part, thereby being filled to a predetermined height as much as the amount of fuel inside the fuel tank as fuel passes inside the fuel meter pipe through the fuel passing hole. The fuel meter sensor part includes a sensor pipe disposed in an inner lower part of the fuel meter pipe. The sensor pipe includes: an electronic pressure sensor fixated and installed inside the sensor pipe; closed inner upper and lower parts; and an oil pressure measurement space part formed in the inner bottom part of the sensor pipe to communicate with the inside of the fuel meter pipe. While a pressing pipe is vertically installed in and is in contact with a lower part of the pressure sensor, a lower part of the pressing pipe is placed inside the oil pressure measurement space part and a wire cable of the pressure sensor passes through an upper part of the sensor pipe to be electrically connected to an external flowmeter through an air through-hole of the fastening body. Accordingly, the fuel meter sensor part measures the amount of fuel in accordance with the pressure of the fuel inside the fuel meter pipe applied to the pressure sensor through the pressing pipe.

    본 발명은 선박의 연료탱크에 형성된 주입구에 나사체결식으로 결합되어 주입구를 개폐하는 체결몸체가 구비되고 체결몸체의 하부에는 수직하방으로 유량측정관이 설치되어 있되 상기 체결몸체는 상부에 유량측정관의 내부와 연통되는 통기공이 천공되고 유량측정관은 하부가 막혀진 상태로 연료탱크의 내측 상하높이에 부합되는 길이로 형성되며 하부끝부분에는 연료출입공이 천공되어 있어 연료출입공을 통해 유량측정관의 내부로 연료가 출입되면서 연료탱크 내의 연료량 만큼 일정높이로 채워지는 유량측정몸체부와, 유량측정관의 내측 하부에 위치되는 센서관이 구비되고 센서관의 내부에는 전자식 압력센서가 고정설치되며 센서관의 내측 상하부는 밀폐되어 있고 센서관의 내측 하단부에는 유량측정관의 내부와 연통되는 유압측정공간부가 형성되며 압력센서의 하부에는 수직하방으로 가압관이 맞닿게 설치되면서 가압관의 하부는 유압측정공간부의 내측에 위치되며 압력센서의 전선케이블은 센서관의 상부를 관통하여 체결몸체의 통기공을 통해 외부의 유량계와 전기적으로 회로연결되어 있어 가압관을 통해 압력센서에 가해지는 유량측정관 내 연료의 압력에 따라 유량을 측정하는 유량측정센서부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 선박용 연료탱크 유량측정장치에 관한 것이다.
