The present invention relates to a rubber composition for tire inner liners. More specifically, a novel graphite-based synthetic planar filler is used to improve air-permeation resistance, is based on graphite, and finally produced by mixing the cement, alumina, and silicone oil with diisopropyl ether solvent. 10-30 parts by weight of the novel graphite-based synthetic planar filler is used as a filler for the rubber composition, and the novel graphite-based synthetic planar filler is applied to the tire inner liner with enhanced air-permeation resistance.

    본 발명은 타이어 인너라이너 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로써 보다 상세하게는 내공기투과 성능 개선을 위해 신규한 흑연계 합성 판상필러를 사용하는 것이며 신규한 흑연계 합성 판상필러는 흑연을 기본으로 하고 시멘트 및 산화알루미늄, 실리콘 오일을 디이소프로필 에테르(diisopropyl ether)용매에 최종적으로 혼합한 제품을 말한다. 신규한 흑연계 합성 판상필러는 고무조성물의 충진재로 10 내지 30 중량부가 사용되어 내공기 투과성이 향상된 타이어 인너라이너에 적용되는 것을 말한다.
