The present invention relates to an anti-icing louver for a polar zone sailing vessel, capable of preventing a louver from being frozen. According to the present invention, the anti-icing louver comprises: a rack (411) formed on both inner surfaces of a case (430); a wiper (410) including a cylindrical body (413), a blade piece (414) made of an elastic rubber material formed on an outer circumferential surface of the body (413), a rotary shaft (415) formed in both end parts of the body (413), and a pinion (412) fixated on the rotary shaft (415) to be engaged with the rack (411); a blade (420) coupled to an inner side of the case (430) to be rotated; a moving bar (440) having a concave groove (442) formed on one side to be coupled to be able to rotate one side surface of the blade (420), and capable of being vertically moved; and a rotating plate (430) coupled to the inner side of the case (430) to be able to rotate, wherein a protruding device (431) is formed in an outer circumference and the protruding device (431) is coupled to the concave groove (442) formed on the top part of the moving bar (440). The wiper (410) and the rotating plate (430) are coupled to a driving means, and the driving means is operated by a signal of a sensor or a control unit.

    본 발명의 극지운항선박용 결빙방지 루버는, 케이스(430)의 양쪽 내측면에 형성된 래크(411), 원통형상의 몸체(413)와, 상기 몸체(413)의 외주면에는 형성된 탄성고무재질의 날개편(414)과, 상기 몸체(413)의 양끝단부에 형성된 회전축(415)과, 회전축(415)에 고정되어, 상기 래크(411)에 치합된 피니언(412)을 포함하는 와이퍼(410), 케이스(430)의 내측에 회전, 가능하도록 결합된 블레이드(420), 일측에 요홈(442)이 형성되어 블레이드(420)의 일측면이 회전,가능하도록 결합되고, 상하로 이동이 가능한 이동바(440), 케이스(430)의 내측에 회전, 가능하도록 결합되되; 외주연에 돌출구(431)가 형성되고, 상기 돌출구(431)는 이동바(440)의 상단부에 형성된 요홈(442)에 결합된 회동판(430)으로 이루어지며; 상기 와이퍼(410) 및 회동판(430)은 구동수단에 결합되고, 구동수단은 센서 또는 제어부의 신호에 의하여 구동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
