The present invention relates to a device for preventing distortion of an offshore floating body by controlling tension applying to a rope connected to an offshore floating body within a set tolerance limit when mooring an offshore floating body in the sea. The device for actively preventing distortion of an offshore floating body comprises: a floating main body which is connected to a rope, and provides a space for offshore work while floating in a state of being fixed in the sea; a winch which is installed in the upper part of the floating main body in order to recover or release the rope for fixing an offshore structure in the sea; a fairlead which is installed in a part of the floating main body, and guides the rope to the winch while allowing the rope to penetrate thereof; a braking unit which is installed in a part of the floating main body by being separated from the fairlead at set intervals, where the rope is penetrated along with the fairlead, and which controls the speed of the rope recovered to the winch at a set speed; and a controller which is installed in a part of the floating main body, and is connected with the winch and the braking unit in order to control the operation of the winch and the braking unit. In addition, the braking unit can control the speed of the rope recovered through the winch at a set speed by using pressurization caused by external force.

    본 발명은 해상부유체를 해상에서 계류할 시에 해상부유체에 연결된 로프에 작용하는 장력을 설정된 허용한도로 제어하여 상기 해상부유체의 뒤틀림을 방지하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 로프에 연결되며 해상에서 고정되어 부유하면서 해상 작업을 위한 공간을 제공하는 부유본체; 상기 부유본체의 상부에 설치되어 상기 부유구조체를 고정시키는 상기 로프를 해상에서 회수하거나 풀어주는 윈치; 상기 부유본체의 일부분에 설치되며 상기 로프를 관통시키면서 상기 로프를 상기 윈치로 가이드 하는 페어리드; 상기 페어리드에 설정된 거리가 이격된 상태로 상기 부유본체의 일부분에 설치되며 상기 페어리드와 함께 상기 로프가 관통되고, 상기 로프가 상기 윈치로 회수되는 속도를 설정된 속도로 제어하는 제동유닛; 및 상기 부유본체의 일부분에 설치되며 상기 윈치와 상기 제동유닛에 연결되어 상기 윈치와 상기 제동유닛의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함하고, 상기 제동유닛은, 외력에 의한 가압으로 상기 윈치를 통해 회수되는 상기 로프의 회수속도를 설정된 속도로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
