The present invention relates to a framework for traffic simulation and a simulation method using the same, which provide a traffic simulation system development framework through mutual complementary convergence of a traffic simulation model and a data model and automatically synthesize a desired simulation model from a geographical information DB and an agent model base by using the provided framework if a traffic analysis target area and an analysis purpose (or an analysis index) are given. The simulation method using a framework for traffic simulation comprises: a user interface and analysis/visualization means; a road network graph database; an agent model database; and a traffic model automatic synthesis means.

    본 발명은 교통 시뮬레이션을 위한 프레임워크 및 이를 이용한 시뮬레이션방법에 관한 것으로, 교통 시뮬레이션 모델과 데이터 모델의 상호 보완적 융합을 통한 교통 시뮬레이션 시스템 개발 프레임워크를 제공하며, 제공된 프레임워크를 이용하여 교통 분석 대상 지역과 분석 목적(혹은 분석 지수)이 주어지면 지형정보 DB와 에이전트 모델 베이스로부터 원하는 시뮬레이션 모델을 자동 합성하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
