본 발명은 회전익기의 로터 블레이드(1)용 에어포일(1a)에 관한 것으로, 상기 에어포일(1a)은 소정의 최대 두께 대 익현비를 가지고, 리딩 에지(3a)와 트레일링 에지(3b) 사이에 상면(4b)과 아래면(4a)을 포함하며, 상기 아래면(4a)은 소정의 아래면 좌표 값 쌍에 의해 규정되고, 상기 상면(4b)은 소정의 상면 좌표 값 쌍(x/c, y/c)에 의해 규정되며, 상기 소정의 아래면 좌표 값 쌍과 상기 소정의 상면 좌표 값 쌍 각각의 최대 오차는 ±3%에 이른다.

    The invention is related to an airfoil (1a) for a rotor blade (1) of a rotary wing aircraft, said airfoil (1a) having a predetermined maximum thickness to chord ratio and comprising, between a leading edge (3a) and a trailing edge (3b), an extrados (4b) and an intrados (4a), said intrados (4a) being defined by predetermined intrados coordinate value pairs and said extrados (4b) being defined by predetermined extrados coordinate value pairs, wherein a maximum error of each one of said predetermined intrados coordinate value pairs and said predetermined extrados coordinate value pairs amounts to ±3%.
