An unmanned aerial vehicle capable of non-subordinate flight according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a body portion; and a plurality of wings attached to an outer periphery of the body portion, and configured to be independent of an operation of the body portion. Accordingly, even if the body portion rotates while the unmanned aerial vehicle is flying along a flight path, the wing portion is not subordinate to the operation of the body portion, such that the attitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle is controllable, and even if the body portion rotates while the unmanned aerial vehicle is flying along the flight path, an amount of condensed light in a light collecting portion mounted on the wing portion can be maintained maximally constant since the wing portion is not subordinate to the operation of the body portion. Also, while the unmanned aerial vehicle is flying along the flight path, the amount of condensed light in the light collecting portion is maintained maximally constant, such that the usable time of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be increased.

    본 발명의 일 실시예의 비종속 비행이 가능한 무인 비행체는, 바디부; 및 상기 바디부의 외곽에 복수로 장착되되, 상기 바디부의 동작에 비종속되도록 마련되는 날개부;를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 무인 비행체가 비행경로를 따라 비행하는 동안에 바디부가 회전운동 하더라도, 날개부가 바디부의 동작으로부터 비종속됨으로써, 무인 비행체의 자세를 제어할 수 있고, 무인 비행체가 비행경로를 따라 비행하는 동안에 바디부가 회전운동 하더라도, 날개부가 바디부의 동작으로부터 비종속됨으로써, 날개부에 장착된 집광부에서의 집광량이 최대로 일정하게 유지될 수 있으며, 그리고 무인 비행체가 비행경로를 따라 비행하는 동안에 집광부에서의 집광량이 최대로 일정하게 유지됨으로써, 무인 비행체의 가용 시간이 증가될 수 있다.
