본 발명의 엔진클러치제어 안정화 방법은 엔진(200)과 모터(200)를 연결 및 단락시키는 엔진클러치(60)를 갖춘 엔진클러치시스템(1)이 컨트롤러(10)에 의한 엔진클러치 동작개시지령을 받고, 상기 엔진클러치시스템(1)의 전동유압 액추에이터의 스트로크에 따라 검출된 현재유압(P)이 설정된 한계유압(P)과 비교되어 오일누유없는 정상유압과 오일우유에 의한 비정상유압으로 판단되고, 엔진클러치시스템(1)의 NC(Normally close)로 동작하는 건식 엔진클러치(60)가 엔진클러치 제어구간에서 클러치 슬립 및 클러치 소손을 발생하지 않도록 정상유압인 경우에만 조작함으로써 차량(100)의 HEV 모드 제어 로직에 대한 안전성이 확보되는 특징을 구현한다.
