Disclosed is a hybrid inner panel for a door. According to the present invention, the hybrid inner panel for a door, which is arranged inside an outer panel for a vehicular door and is coupled to a door trim, comprises: a window frame part opened and closed by a door glass; a body part formed at a lower end of the window frame part, forming an inner space in a center part with an outer panel, and forming a hollow closed in such a manner that the body part is coupled to the door trim; and a metal material reinforcing frame inserted into the window frame part and one inner side of the body part. The window frame, the body part and the reinforcing frame are integrally molded through injection. According to the present invention, the inner panel is formed in such a manner that the window frame part and the body part are integrally molded through injection. Compared with a conventional technique, the number of work processes is remarkably reduced, thereby improving productivity of manufacturing a vehicle and reducing production costs. The hybrid inner panel for a door selectively has various functions such as corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high rigidity or the like according to material properties of plastic itself, and is able to contribute to fuel efficiency of a vehicle and lightness of weight, which is directly related to an environmental problem.

    도어용 하이브리드 이너패널이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 도어용 하이브리드 이너패널은, 자동차 도어용 아우터패널의 내측에 배치되어 도어트림과 결합되는 도어용 이너패널에 있어서, 도어글라스에 의해 개폐되는 창틀부; 상기 창틀부의 하단부에 형성되되, 중앙부에서 상기 아우터패널과 내부공간을 형성하고, 상기 도어트림과의 결합에 의해 폐쇄되는 중공이 마련된 몸통부; 및 상기 창틀부 및 상기 몸통부의 내부 일측에 인서트되는 금속재 보강프레임을 포함하고, 상기 창틀부, 상기 몸통부 및 상기 보강프레임은 일체로 사출성형되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 플라스틱을 소재로 창틀부 및 몸통부가 일체로 사출성형되어 이너패널이 형성되므로, 종래에 비해 작업공수가 비약적으로 감소됨에 따라 자동차 제조의 생산성 향상 및 생산비용의 저감을 이룰 수 있고, 플라스틱 자체의 소재적 특성상 내부식성, 내마모성, 고강성 등의 다양한 기능성을 선택적으로 부여할 수 있으며, 자동차 연비 및 환경문제와 직결되는 자동차의 경량화에 기여할 수 있는 도어용 하이브리드 이너패널을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
