The present invention relates to a tube test device for a self-rechargeable tire and, more specifically, relates to a tube test device for a self-rechargeable tire which analyzes characteristics of air pressure transmission of a tube installed in a tire charging air pressure by itself, and linked to an air pressure control valve to test functionality. According to the present invention, the tube test device for the self-rechargeable tire collects data through durability, tension, compression, suction and discharge of air pressure, and flow rate tests of the air tube applied to the self-rechargeable tire; and uses the collected data in order to analyze various characteristics, classifying defective and damaged tubes.

    본 발명은 자가 충전식 타이어용 튜브 시험장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 공기압을 자가 충전하는 방식의 타이어에 설치되는 튜브의 공기압 전달 특성을 분석하고, 공기압조절밸브와 연동하여 기능성을 시험할 수 있는 자가 충전식 타이어용 튜브 시험장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 충전식 타이어용 튜브 시험장치는 자가 충전식 타이어에 적용되는 공기 튜브의 내구도, 인장, 압착, 흡입 및 토출 공기압, 유량 시험을 통해 데이터를 수집하고, 수집된 데이터를 이용함으로써 공기 튜브에 대한 다양한 특성 분석 뿐만아니라, 불량 및 손상이 발생한 튜브에 대한 선별도 가능한 이점이 있다.
