The present invention relates to an apparatus for determining whether or not a webbing clip is mounted, comprising a detection sensor provided in at least one of a buckle unit and a tongue unit engaged to the buckled unit to fix a webbing. The detection sensor measures a load applied to the webbing pulled by a retractor when the buckle unit and the tongue unit are engaged, and transmits a detection signal when the measured load is out of a predetermined range. The present invention intends to provide an apparatus for determining whether or not a webbing clip is mounted, capable of preventing an operation and an inattentive action which affect correct operation of a seatbelt.

    본 발명은 웨빙클립 장착 여부 판단장치로서, 버클유닛 및 상기 버클유닛에 체결되어 웨빙을 고정시키는 텅유닛 중 적어도 어느 하나에 마련되는 감지센서를 포함하며, 상기 감지센서는 상기 버클유닛과 상기 텅유닛이 체결되었을 때 리트렉터에 의해 당겨지는 상기 웨빙에 걸리는 하중을 측정하며, 측정된 하중이 기 설정된 범위를 벗어날 경우 이를 감지신호로 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨빙클립 장착 여부 판단장치가 개시된다.
