The present invention relates to a structure of a seat-back frame for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a structure of a seat-back frame for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the structure is installed in a seat-back for a vehicle supporting a back portion of a passenger to provide rigidity, and comprises a plate-shaped first frame and a second frame coupled to one side surface of the first frame. An undercut structure is formed to be extended toward an external side in an edge on a side surface of the second frame. Therefore, structural rigidity can be improved.
본 발명은 탑승자의 등 부분을 지지하는 차량용 시트백의 내부에 설치되어 강성을 제공하는 차량용 시트백프레임 구조 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 판상의 제1프레임 및 상기 제1프레임의 일측면에 결합되는 제2프레임을 포함하되, 상기 제2프레임의 측면 테두리에는 언더컷 구조체가 외측을 향해 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 구조적인 강성을 향상시킬 수 있는 차량용 시트백프레임 구조 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
