Disclosed is a fused assembly of vehicle parts. The fused assembly of vehicle parts of the present invention is an assembly of vehicle parts joined by fusion and comprises: a first part which has a boss having a plurality of support ribs protruding along a circumference; and a second part which has an insertion hole in which the boss is inserted and has a plurality of reinforcement ribs protruding toward the first part along a circumference of the insertion hole. The boss is fused with the second part as a portion, penetrating the insertion hole, is pressed by a fusion jig. Applied pressure of the fusion jig is distributed to the first part and the second part through the support ribs and the reinforcement ribs. According to the present invention, joining force and a distance between parts can be maintained to be uniform by preventing deformation of the ribs caused by fusion, and a gap between the rib and the insertion hole is removed during a fusion process.
자동차 부품의 융착 조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명의 자동차 부품의 융착 조립체는, 융착에 의해 결합되는 자동차 부품의 조립체로서, 둘레를 따라 복수의 지지리브가 돌출된 보스를 구비하는 제1 부품; 및 보스가 삽입되는 삽입홀이 형성되고, 삽입홀의 둘레를 따라 제1 부품을 향해 복수의 보강리브가 돌출된 제2 부품을 포함하고, 보스는 삽입홀을 관통한 부분이 융착지그에 의해 가압되면서 제2 부품과 융착되고, 융착지그의 가압력은 지지리브와 보강리브를 통해 제1 부품과 제2 부품으로 분산되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 융착에 의한 리브의 변형을 방지하여 결합되는 부품 간 결합력 및 거리를 균일하게 유지할 수 있으며, 융착 과정에서 리브와 삽입홀 사이의 유격이 제거되도록 이루어지는 자동차 부품의 융착 조립체를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
