The present invention relates to a method for producing an automotive interior material using natural fibrous composite materials. To this end, a thermosetting resin layer (12) is formed in the middle of a felt layer (11), and hot pressing using a fake mold (20) is conducted prior to a final molding step. Accordingly, the interior materials made of the natural fibrous composite materials can be strengthened and light-weighted, and breakage of products during molding can be avoided as well.
본 발명은 천연섬유 복합소재를 이용한 자동차의 내장재 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 펠트층(11)의 중간에 열경화성 수지층(12)을 형성하고, 최종 성형 단계 이전에 가형상금형(20)을 이용한 열간 압착을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 천연섬유 복합소재로 이루어진 내장재의 강성이 향상되고, 이에 경량화를 도모할 수 있으며, 성형시 제품의 파손이 발생하지 않게 되는 효과가 있다.
