The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coil spring protection tube for an automotive suspension system. In the process of manufacturing a protection tube provided on the coil spring of the automotive suspension system, cooling water can be circulated through a mold composed of an upper side mold and a lower side mold, as well as an upper core and a lower core mounted at each lower side of the upper side mold and the lower side mold, and through the inside of an insert core for molding a protection tube, to cool the upper part, the lower core, and the insert core simultaneously and quickly during the protection tube manufacturing process. Therefore, the present invention not only prevents a burst caused by extraction of the protective tube from the insert core, but also shortens extraction time, thereby improving productivity.

    본 발명은 자동차용 현가장치의 코일스프링 보호튜브 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 자동차 현가장치 코일스프링에 구비되는 보호튜브 제조시 상측금형과 하측금형으로 구성된 금형 뿐만 아니라 상기 상측금형과 하측금형의 각 하면에 안착되는 상부코어 및 하부코어 그리고 보호튜브 성형을 위한 인서트코어 내측으로도 냉각수를 순환시킬 수 있도록 하여 보호튜브 제조시 상부 및 하부코어와 인서트코어를 동시에 신속하게 냉각시키므로 인해 인서트코어로부터 보호튜브 취출에 따른 터짐현상을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 취출시간을 단축시킬 수 있어 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구성된다.
