The present invention relates to a TRO analyzer for ballast water of a vessel. According to the present invention, the TRO analyzer for ballast water of a vessel samples seawater flowing along a ballast water pipe of a vessel and supplies the seawater to a mixing body. A buffer reagent and a DPD reagent are individually supplied from a reagent storage container to a mixing body, so a sample solution in which the seawater and a reagent are mixed is composed. The composed sample solution is supplied to the sample storage container of an optical analyzer, and a color of the sample solution is measured using an LED light source arranged on both sides of the sample storage container, an optical filter, and a light receiving element. The concentration of TRO is analyzed based on a data value, and the sampled seawater is firstly mixed with the reagent during a process in which the seawater passes through a nozzle path of the mixing body. During a process in which the seawater passes through a mixing rotor installed on the inner side of an outlet path of the mixing body, the seawater is finally mixed with the reagent. So, the seawater and the reagent are evenly mixed with each other so that the sample solution optimized for analysis is composed. The TRO analyzer for ballast water of a vessel additionally has a sensor transmitting a seawater inflow blocking signal when in contact with the sample solution and a switch unit on an upper end of the sample storage container. So, the TRO analyzer for ballast water of a vessel can accurately adjust a mixing ratio of the seawater and the reagent. A fixed amount of the reagent can be supplied by a solenoid pump. Therefore, the concentration of the TRO in the ballast water can be accurately analyzed, so reliability of measurement data can be largely improved. Also, the TRO analyzer for ballast water of a vessel can achieve right feedback control of a ballast water sterilizing device using ozone, electrolysis, or chemicals.

    본 발명은 선박의 밸러스트수 배관을 따라 유동하는 해수를 샘플링하여 이를 믹싱바디로 공급하는 동시에, 시약저장통으로부터 버퍼 시약과 DPD 시약을 각각 믹싱바디로 공급하여 해수와 시약이 혼합된 시료액을 조성하며, 이와 같이 조성된 시료액을 광분석기의 시료저장용기로 공급시키는 한편, 시료저장용기의 양측에 배치된 LED 광원과 광필터 및 수광소자를 이용하여 시료액의 색상을 측정하고, 해당 데이터값을 기초로 TRO 농도를 분석토록 하되, 샘플링된 해수가 믹싱바디의 노즐통로를 통과하는 과정에서 시약과 1차 혼합되도록 하고, 믹싱바디의 출구통로 내측에 설치된 믹싱로터를 통과하는 과정에서 해수와 시약이 최종 혼합되도록 하는 방식으로 해수와 시약을 매우 균일하게 혼합시켜 분석에 최적화된 시료액을 조성시킬 수 있도록 하며, 시료액과의 접촉시 해수유입 차단신호를 전송하는 센서 및 스위치 수단을 시료저장용기의 상단측에 추가로 제공하여 해수와 시약의 혼합비율을 보다 정확하게 맞출 수 있도록 하는 한편, 솔레노이드 펌프를 이용하여 시약의 정량 공급 또한 가능토록 함으로서, 밸러스트수중의 TRO 농도를 한층 더 정확하게 분석하여 측정데이터의 신뢰도를 크게 향상시키고, 오존이나 전기분해 또는 약품 등을 이용한 밸러스트수 살균장치의 올바른 피드백 제어를 달성할 수 있도록 한 선박 밸러스트수의 TRO 분석장치에 관한 것이다.
