The present invention provides a safe descending apparatus solving existing inconvenience. According to the present invention, when a person rides a riding device installed in the bottom of a rope irrespective of the weight of the person, a bobbin is rotated while the bottom of the rope is lowered to be released, centrifugal force is applied to a first driven shaft connected to a bobbin rotary shaft with a one-way clutch bearing, a second driven shaft connected to the first driven shaft, and a brake plate installed in a brake shaft rod connected to the second driven shaft by rotation of the bobbin, so a brake is operated and thereby the person has no need to operate the brake. Moreover, a descending speed is maintained irrespective of the weight of a riding person, so safe descending is realized. When the riding person is descended on the ground, the rope is wound by inverse rotation due to restoration force of a spiral spring installed in the bobbin rotary shaft, so next descending is prepared.

    본 발명은 상기와 같은 불편을 해소하여 체중이 많거나 적음에 관계없이 로프 하단의 탑승구에 사람이 탑승하면 로프하단이 하향하여 풀리면서 보빈이 회전하고 보빈의 회전에 의하여 보빈회전축과 원웨이클러치 베어링으로 접속된 제1피동축과 제1피동축과 접속된 제2피동축과 제2피동축과 접속하는 브레이크축봉에 장치한 브레이크판에 원심력이 작동하여 브레이크가 작동하도록 구성하여 사람이 브레이크를 조작하지 않아도 되고, 탑승자 체중에 관계없이 하강속도를 일정 유지하여 안전하게 하강이 이루어질 수 있고, 사람이 하강하면 보빈회전축에 장치한 태엽의 복귀력으로 역회전하여 로프가 되감겨 다음 하강에 대비하도록 되는 안전 하강 완강기이다.
