The deflection prevention jig for a sample loading lift of a thermal vacuum chamber includes: a housing unit (110) having a space unit (111) having an open upper end and formed on the outside; a lifting bar (120) extended in a predetermined length and passes through and inserted into the space unit (111) to be lifted, wherein the upper part of the lifting bar (120) is arranged by standing erect to be exposed to the upper side; a support unit (130) located in the upper part of the lifting bar (120) and having a support plate (131) to support the lower part of an upper frame (22) of the loading lift (20) by being extended lengthwise at right angles to a loading axis (L) of the sample (30), wherein the lower part of the support unit (130) is connected to the upper end of the lifting bar (120) by a hinge and connected to rotate forward and rearward; and a first elastic member (140) arranged in the space unit (111) while elastically compressed and supporting a load concentrated to the upper frame (22) while pressing the lifting bar (120) upwards.
본 발명에 따르면, 열진공챔버(10)와 반입리프트(20) 사이에 배치되어 반입리프트(20)에 적재된 시료(30)가 열진공챔버(10)의 내부로 슬라이딩 반입되는 중에 발생하는 반입리프트(20)의 처짐현상을 보정하기 위한 열진공챔버의 시편 반입리프트용 처짐보정 치구에 있어서, 상단이 개구된 공간부(111)가 내부에 마련된 함체부(110); 일정길이로 연장형성되어 상기 공간부(111) 내에 승강가능하게 관통삽입되며 상부가 상향 노출되게 직립배치되는 승강바(120); 상기 승강바(120)의 상부에 위치하되, 상단에는 상기 시료(30)의 반입축선(L)과 직교되는 방향으로 길게 연장배치되어 상기 반입리프트(20)의 상부프레임(22) 하부를 지지하기 위한 지지판(131)이 배치되며, 하부는 상기 승강바(120)의 상단에 힌지결합되어 전,후방으로 회동가능하게 체결되는 지지부(130); 및 상기 공간부(111) 내에 탄성압축된 상태로 배치되어 상기 승강바(120)를 상향 가압하면서 상기 상부프레임(22)에 편중된 하중을 지탱하는 제1탄성부재(140);를 포함하는 열진공챔버의 시편 반입리프트용 처짐보정 치구를 개시한다.
