The present invention relates to an engine mount which has a nozzle plate mounted between an insulator and a diaphragm to separate an inner space into an upper liquid chamber and a lower liquid chamber and makes a hydrosulfite liquid input in accordance with an internal volume change flow to the upper liquid chamber and the lower liquid chamber through a flow path formed on the nozzle plate. The engine mount includes: the nozzle plate which additionally has a second flow path with an upper end connected to the upper liquid chamber; and a division cup which presses a protrusion unit protruding in an upward direction against the lower part of the diaphragm to partition the lower liquid chamber into a main liquid chamber connected to the flow path and a secondary liquid chamber connected to the second flow path. A partition wall is formed in the protrusion unit to form a chamber below the secondary liquid chamber. An entrance hole is punctured onto the partition wall to allow air to flow in and out of the chamber. According to the present invention, the engine mount has an effect similar to that of an active mount by being magnetically converted corresponding to the vibration input in accordance with a driving situation and does not require additional actuators to be mounted, thereby significantly reducing manufacturing costs compared to an active mount as well as limiting a weight increase.

    본 발명은, 인슐레이터와 다이어프레임 사이에 노즐판이 장착되어 내부가 상측액실과 하측액실로 구획되고 내부의 체적변화에 따라 봉입된 하이드로액이 노즐판에 형성된 유로를 통해 상측액실과 하측액실을 유동하는 엔진마운트에 있어서, 상단이 상측액실과 개통된 제2유로가 추가적으로 형성된 노즐판; 및 상측으로 돌출된 돌출부가 다이어프레임의 하부에서 가압하여 하측액실을 유로와 개통된 주액실과 제2유로와 개통된 부액실로 구획하는 분할컵;을 포함하고, 상기 돌출부의 내측에는 부액실 아래로 챔버가 형성되도록 격벽면이 형성되며, 상기 격벽면에는 챔버로 공기의 출입이 가능하도록 출입홀이 타공된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 엔진마운트는 주행 상황에 따라 입력되는 진동에 대응하여 감쇠특성이 자기변환됨에 따라 액티브마운트와 유사한 효과를 갖되, 구동기의 추가적인 장착이 요구되지 않으므로, 액티브마운트 대비 생산원가가 훨씬 감축되고 중량 상승을 억제할 수 있다.
