본 발명은 하나의 전자 회로 장치로 자동차 도난 및 급발진 상황을 미연에 감지하여 사고를 방지하는 전자 회로 장치에 관한 것이다. 자동차의 각 기관과 ECU분사신호에 따른 급발진 고장을 감시하는 CPU(마이컴)로써 운전자가 의도하지 않은 상황에서 급발진에 따른 고장일 때 CPU에서 즉시 감지하여 ECU분사신호를 차단하고 미리 설정된 CPU분사신호를 대신 출력하여 자동차의 엔진 출력을 정속으로 유지시켜 급발진 상황을 적절히 대처할 수 있도록 하고 브레이크 제동만으로 자동차를 제어시킬 수 있는 상태로 유지시키고 ECU분사신호가 고장으로 쇼트되면 인젝터 신호를 자동 분할시켜 엔진출력을 제어한다.

    PURPOSE: An apparatus for blocking abrupt acceleration caused by control error of an engine ECU device is provided. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for blocking abrupt acceleration of an automobile comprises: an image speed signal generator(6) which receives image of a certain object around the automobile and generates image speed value; an abrupt acceleration determining unit(7) which collects multiple speed information including engine-associated first speed value, transmission-associated second speed value, TPMS-associated third speed value, and cluster-associated fourth speed value and determines abrupt acceleration; and an abrupt acceleration control signal generator(8) which transmits the control signal to a vehicle system.
