본 발명은 자동차를 위한 부하 제한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 진동수(frequency)에 따라서 정의된 움직임에 의해 서로에 대하여 제어되는 적어도 2 개의 부분(1,2,10,12,16,20,21,46,22,40)들을 구비한다. 서로에 대하여 움직이는 부분(1,2,10,12,16,20,21,46,22,40)들은 치(3,4,13,15,24,26,27)를 구비하여, 그 치들이 서로 맞물리고 진동수(frequency)에 따라서 제어된 움직임은 부분(1,10,21,22)들중 적어도 하나가 다른 부분(2,12,16,20,40,46)에 대하여 파동의 전진 움직임을 수행하는 방식으로 발생하여, 그에 의해 치(3,4,13,15,24,25,26,27)들이 번갈아서 맞물림 및 맞물림 해제된다.
