The present invention relates to a method for producing an eco-friendly buoy using a buoy-protective deposition-type polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin paste composition which prevents breakage of buoy from external shock, since fragile Styrofoam buoy is immersed in the PVC resin paste composition so as to coat the exterior of the buoy with the PVC resin. According to the present invention, the method for producing the buoy ensures very simple processes and easy adjustment of thickness of the coating films on the surface of the buoy, compared to existing method for producing buoy by attaching films on the surface of the Styrofoam buoy. In addition, the method of the present invention also ensures an increase in lifespan of the buoy owing to excellent tensile strength, impact strength, and weatherability of the buoy.

    본 발명은 부서지기 쉬운 스티로폼 부표를 PVC수지 페이스트 조성물에 침적시켜 부표 외부에 PVC수지가 피복되어 외부 충격으로 부터 부표의 파손을 방지하는 부표보호용 침적형 PVC수지 페이스트 조성물을 이용한 친환경 부표 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 부표 제조방법은 기존의 필름을 스티로폼 부표 등의 표면에 부착하여 부표를 제조하는 방법에 비하여 공정이 매우 간단하면서도 부표표면에 피막두께의 조정이 용이하고, 인장강도, 충격강도 및 내후성이 우수하여 부표의 사용수명이 향상되는 특징이 있다.
