The present invention provides a pipe stacking and a fastening structure for transportation, comprising: a first pipe; a second pipe arranged in parallel beside the first pipe, overlapping both end flanges with flanges of the first pipe, and then coupling fastening bolts into fastening bolt penetration holes formed on the flanges to be coupled to the first pipe; a fourth pipe arranged in parallel on an upper surface of the first pipe, overlapping both end flanges with the flanges of the first pipe and then coupling the fastening bolts into fastening bolt penetration holes formed on the flanges to be coupled to the first pipe; a fifth pipe arranged in parallel beside the fourth pipe, overlapping both end flanges with the flanges of the fourth pipe, coupling the fastening bolts into fastening bolt penetration holes formed on the flanges to be coupled to the fourth pipe, overlapping the both end flanges with the flanges of the second pipe positioned thereunder and then coupling the fastening bolts into the fastening bolt penetration holes formed on the flanges to be coupled to the second pipe; and a plurality of support members arranged in a longitudinal direction and a vertical direction of the pipes between the upper surfaces of the bodies of the first pipe and the second pipe and lower surfaces of the bodies of the fourth pipe and the fifth pipe to support the bodies of the fourth pipe and the fifth pipe wherein the flanges of the first pipe and the fifth pipe arranged in a diagonal direction of the first pipe are arranged on the rear of the flanges of the second pipe, and the fourth pipe arranged in a diagonal direction of the second pipe. The present invention is able to efficiently use a space when a plurality of large sized pipes are transported and stored to enable much more pipes to systematically be stored and managed.

    본 발명은 운송을 위한 파이프 적층 및 체결 구조로서, 제1파이프; 제1파이프의 옆에 나란히 배치되며 파이프의 양단 플렌지를 제1파이프의 플렌지와 겹치도록 한 후 플렌지에 형성된 체결볼트 관통공에 체결볼트를 결합시켜 제1파이프와 결합하는 제2파이프; 제1파이프의 윗면에 나란히 배치되며 파이프 양단 플렌지를 제1파이프의 플렌지와 겹치도록 한 후 플렌지에 형성된 체결볼트 관통공에 체결볼트를 결합시켜 제1파이프와 결합하는 제4파이프; 제4파이프의 옆에 나란히 배치되며 파이프의 양단 플렌지를 제4파이프의 플렌지와 겹치도록 한 후 플렌지에 형성된 체결볼트 관통공에 체결볼트를 결합시켜 제4파이프와 결합하고, 파이프 양단의 플렌지를 아래에 위치한 제2파이프의 플렌지와 겹치도록 한 후 플렌지에 형성된 체결볼트 관통공에 체결볼트를 결합시켜 제2파이프와 결합하는 제5파이프; 및 제1파이프 및 제2파이프의 몸체 윗면과 제4파이프 및 제5파이프의 몸체 아랫면 사이에서 파이프의 길이 방향과 수직 방향으로 배치되어 제4파이프 및 제5파이프의 몸체를 지지하는 복수의 지지부재;를 포함하되, 제1파이프 및 제1파이프의 대각선 방향에 배치되는 제5파이프의 플렌지는 제2파이프 및 제2파이프의 대각선 방향에 배치되는 제4파이프의 플렌지 보다 뒤에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
