The present invention relates to a damping composite material coating apparatus. More specifically, the damping composite material coating apparatus uses customized heads for each part of a coating target to coat a predetermined amount of a damping material only on required parts, thereby reducing the weight of a vehicle body and manufacturing costs. According to the present invention, the damping composite material coating apparatus includes: a body which is fixed and coupled to a worktable; a storage container which is coupled and fixed to the front surface of the body and stores the damping material; a coating nozzle which is arranged on the lower end of the storage container and costs the damping material stored in the storage container; and a head unit which is coupled and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the coating nozzle and coats the damping material coated through the coating nozzle only on a specific part.

    본 발명은 제진용 복합소재 도포장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 피도포물에 부분별 맞춤 헤드를 사용함으로써, 정량의 제진재를 필요한 부위에만 도포하여 차체의 경량화 또는 제작 비용이 절감되도록 하는 제진용 복합소재 도포장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 제진용 복합소재 도포장치는, 작업대 상에 체결 고정되는 본체; 본체 전면에 체결 고정되고, 제진재가 저장된 저장용기; 저장용기 하단에 위치하고, 저장용기에 저장된 제진재를 도포하기 위한 도포노즐; 및 도포노즐 외주면에 체결 고정되고, 도포노즐을 통해 도포되는 제진재가 특정부분에만 도포되도록 하는 헤드부;를 포함할 수 있다.
