치밀층의 적어도 편면에 보강층이 적층되어 이루어지고, 보강층이, (A) 섬유경이 20μm보다 큰 열가소성 수지 단섬유를 5질량%∼50질량% 및 (B) 섬유경이 20μm 이하인 열가소성 수지 단섬유를 95질량%∼50질량% 포함하여 이루어지고, 또한 (C) 융점이 상이한 2종 이상의 수지를 포함하여 형성되는 복합 폴리에스터계 단섬유의 함유율이 10질량%∼40질량%인 단섬유 부직포이며, 치밀층은, 벌크 밀도가 0.05g/cm∼0.3g/cm의 범위에 있는 부직포이고, 치밀층과 보강층이 니들 펀치에 의해 교락되어 있는 발포 성형용 부직포 적층체.
Disclosed is a multilayer nonwoven fabric for foam molding containing a dense layer and a reinforcing layer provided on at least one side of the dense layer, the reinforcing layer is a staple fiber nonwoven fabric containing thermoplastic resin staple fibers (A) having a fiber diameter of more than 20 µm, in an amount of 5% by mass to 50% by mass, and hermoplastic resin staple fibers (B) having a fiber diameter of 20 µm or less, in an amount of 95% by mass to 50% by mass, and conjugate polyester-based staple fibers (C) are contained in an amount of 10% by mass to 40% by mass, the dense layer is a nonwoven fabric having bulk density in a range of from 0.05 g/cm 3 to 0.3 g/cm 3 , and the dense layer and the reinforcing layer are entangled with each other by needle punching.
