The present invention relates to a fluid turbulence generator of a new configuration, which is able to: efficiently generate turbulence in fluid even if the flow speed of the fluid, transferred to pipes, is slow or the flow rate is small; and thereby increase the thermal exchange efficiency of fluid or efficiently prevent underwater-attached organisms from being attached to the pipes. The present invention for generating fluid turbulence by being installed on a pipe (2) transferring fluid comprises: a fluid guide means (100) which has a support frame (110) of having a short pipe shape or ring shape, a fluid guide (120) of having a cone, hemisphere, or half-ellipsoid shape and being connected with the support frame (110) in order to be positioned in the central part of the support frame (110) by forming a diameter-expanded end part to be smaller than the inner diameter of the support frame (110), and a fluid transfer hole (130) of transferring fluid by being formed between the diameter-expander end part of the fluid guide (120) and the support frame; and a turbulence generating means (200) which is arranged in the front side of the fluid guide means (100) by including a base (210) of having a short pipe shape and a plurality of wings (220) of being extended to protrude from an end part of the base (210) to the inside.

    본 발명은 배관으로 이송되는 유체의 유속이 느린 경우나 유량이 적은 경우에도 유체에 난류가 효과적으로 발생되고, 이에 따라 유체의 열교환효율이 상승되거나 또는 배관에 수중부착생물이 부착되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 새로운 구성의 유체 난류발생장치에 관한 것으로서, 유체가 이송되는 배관(2)에 장착되어 유체에 난류를 발생시키는 것으로서, 단관체 또는 링체형상을 갖는 지지프레임(110)과, 콘 또는 반구체, 반타원체 형상을 가지며, 확경된 단부가 상기 지지프레임(110)의 내경보다 작게 형성되어 상기 지지프레임(110)의 중앙부에 위치되도록 지지프레임(110)에 연결된 유체가이드(120)와, 상기 유체가이드(120)의 확경된 단부와 지지프레임(110) 사이에 형성되어 유체가 이송되는 유체이송공(130)을 가지는 유체가이드수단(100); 및 단관체형상을 갖는 베이스(210)와, 상기 베이스(210)의 일측 단부에서 내향되도록 돌출연장된 다수개의 날개(220)를 포함하여 이루어져서, 상기 유체가이드수단(100) 전방으로 배치되는 난류발생수단(200);을 포함하여 이루어진다.
