Disclosed are a system and a method for managing bidirectional charging of an electric vehicle by using a smartphone. The system for managing the bidirectional charging of the electric vehicle comprises: the smartphone (10) which installs an application to manage the bidirectional charging of the electric vehicle, and authenticates a user for charging the electric vehicle; a bidirectional charging managing unit (20) which is connected and disconnected to a common use power socket (51) of a customer and a charging cable (52) of the electric vehicle, controls the charging of the electric vehicle when the user is authenticated by using the smartphone (10), and transmits user information of the smartphone (10), customer information, and information for charging power amount charged in the electric vehicle when the charging is terminated; and an integrated managing server (30) which receives the user information of the smartphone (10), the customer information, and bidirectional charging power amount charged in the electric vehicle from the bidirectional charging managing unit (20), calculates electric charges for the bidirectional charging power amount charged in the electric vehicle, adds the electric charges corresponding to the bidirectional charging power amount of the electric vehicle when a communication expense of the user is charged, and transmits the same to the smartphone (10) and a power company managing server (40). The present invention simply charges common use power to the electric vehicle without separate charging equipment which is occupied in a space.

    스마트폰을 이용한 전기자동차 양방향 충전 관리시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 전기자동차 양방향 충전 관리를 위한 앱이 탑재되어, 전기자동차의 충전을 위한 사용자 인증을 하는 스마트폰(10)과, 수용가의 상용전원 콘센트(51)와 전기자동차의 충전 케이블(52)에 분리 결합되고, 스마트폰(10)에 의한 사용자 인증 시 전기자동차의 충전을 제어하며, 충전 종료 시 스마트폰(10)의 사용자정보와 수용가정보와 전기자동차에 충전된 충전 전력량에 대한 정보를 전송하는 양방향 충전 관리유닛(20)과, 양방향 충전 관리유닛(20)으로부터 스마트폰(10)의 사용자 정보와 수용가 정보와 전기자동차에 충전되는 양방향 충전 전력량에 대한 정보를 수신하고, 전기자동차에 충전되는 양방향 충전 전력량에 대한 전기요금을 정산하여, 사용자의 통신비 청구 시 전기자동차의 양방향 충전 전력량에 대응하는 전기요금을 더해 부과하고, 스마트폰(10)과 전력회사관리 서버(40)에 각각 전송하는 통합 관리 서버(30)로 구성됨으로써, 공간을 차지하는 별도의 충전설비 없이도 간단하게 상용전원을 전기자동차에 충전할 수 있다.
