The present invention relates to a solar cell panel and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a curved type solar cell panel using a multi-junction thin film having residual stress and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The solar cell panel is made of a multi-junction thin film to easily have a curved type object. Residual stress is formed during a manufacturing process to prevent additional tensile stress when the solar cell panel is actually used, thereby reducing damage risk despite a thin thickness.
본 발명은 태양전지 패널 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 다중접합 박막으로 이루어져 곡면형의 물체에 구비하기 용이하며, 제조 과정에서 잔류응력이 형성되도록 하여 실제 사용 시에 추가적인 인장 응력이 발생하지 않도록 함으로써 얇은 두께에 비해 파손 위험을 낮출 수 있는, 잔류응력이 있는 다중접합 박막을 이용한 곡면형 태양전지 패널 및 그 제작방법을 제공함에 있다.
