The present invention relates to a spatiotemporal traffic flow prediction system providing a system capable of predicting a correct traffic flow in consideration of historical data and correlation between geographically adjacent roads. To this end, the system comprises: a variable extraction unit analyzing adjacency of individual road in a spatiotemporal domain from collected data, and extracting a dependency between adjacent cone-zones as a correlation variable through a regression analysis; and a traffic flow prediction unit performing a Markov random fields (MRF) modeling for the spatiotemporal domain of a traffic flow based on the correlation variable extracted through the variable extraction unit and traffic volume data, and using a maximum a posteriori probability to predict the traffic flow.

    본 발명은 시공간 교통 흐름 예측 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 히스토리컬 데이터와 지리적으로 인접한 도로간의 상관관계를 고려하여 정확한 교통 흐름을 예측하는 시스템을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 수집된 데이터로부터 개별 도로의 시공간 도메인에서의 인접성을 분석하고, 회귀분석을 통해 인접한 콘존 간의 의존도를 상관관계 변수로 추출하는 변수 추출부; 및 상기 변수 추출부를 통해 추출된 상관관계 변수와 교통량 데이터를 바탕으로, 교통 흐름의 시공간상 도메인에 대한 MRF 모델링을 수행하고, 사후확률 최대화를 이용하여 교통 흐름을 예측하는 교통 흐름 예측부; 를 포함한다.
