The present invention relates to a new method to treat the surface of an aluminum wheel, which is different from an ordinary process, reduces the process, improves productivity, lowers costs, is environmentally friendly, and has excellent surface properties. The method comprises: a step to project a steel ball onto the surface of an aluminum wheel made by casting and to remove foreign substances from the surface of the aluminum wheel and a pin hole formed in the casting process; a step of pretreatment to remove fat from the surface of the aluminum wheel and to form a non-chrome film; a step of electrostatic painting to form an electrostatic film on the non-chrome film of the aluminum wheel; a step of sputtering to sputter the aluminum wheel and to form a sputtering film on the electrostatic film; and a step of top paint coating to perform top paint coating on the sputtering film.

    본 발명은 일반적인 공정을 탈피함으로써 공정이 단축되어 생산성이 향상되고 코스트가 저하될 뿐만 아니라 친환경적이며, 표면물성이 우수한 알루미늄휠을 제조할 수 있는 새로운 방식의 알루미늄휠의 표면처리방법에 관한 것으로서, 주조성형된 알루미늄휠의 표면에 스틸볼을 투사하여 알루미늄휠 표면에 잔존하는 이물질과 주조과정에서 형성된 핀홀을 제거하는 쇼트단계; 상기 알루미늄휠의 표면을 탈지하고 무크롬피막을 형성하는 전처리단계; 상기 알루미늄휠의 무크롬피막 위에 정전도막을 형성하는 정전도장단계; 상기 알루미늄휠을 스퍼터링하여 상기 정전도막 위에 스퍼터링박막을 형성하는 스퍼터링단계; 및 상기 스퍼티링박막 위에 상도코팅을 하는 상도코팅단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
