The present invention relates to a pintle injector for adjusting variable thrust of a liquid rocket, which includes: a frame (10): a housing (20) which is combined to the frame (10), and forms a liquid chamber (21) and a gas chamber (22); a fractionation column (30) which is installed concentrically to the gas chamber (22) in a state of being linked with the liquid chamber (21); and a pintle driving body (40) which is installed concentrically to the liquid chamber (21) and the fractionation column (30), and changes the amount of injection to a head (43) by being linked with an axial direction motion of a rod (45). Therefore, a pintle of the pintle injector is formed to be divided into two parts of a pintle rod and a pintle head, and thus the pintle injector has the effect of improving operation reliability and endurance by reducing deformation caused by strong impact during variable trust operation.

    본 발명은 액체로켓의 가변추력을 조절하는 핀틀 인젝터에 있어서: 프레임(10); 상기 프레임(10)에 결합되고, 액체챔버(21)와 기체챔버(22)를 형성하는 하우징(20); 상기 액체챔버(21)와 연통된 상태로 기체챔버(22)와 동심으로 설치되는 분류관(30); 및 상기 액체챔버(21)와 분류관(30)에 동심으로 설치되고, 로드(45)의 축방향 운동에 연동하여 헤드(43)로 분사량을 가변하는 핀틀 구동체(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 핀틀 인젝터의 핀틀을 핀틀로드와 핀틀헤드의 두 부분으로 분할되는 구조로 형성하여 가변추력 작동시 강한 충격으로 유발되는 변형을 축소하여 작동신뢰성과 내구성을 향상하는 효과가 있다.
