The present invention relates to a powered recliner device, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a powered recliner device which is configured to prevent a shaking phenomenon and vibration due to gaps between parts during a reclining operation by rotation of a lever socket. In the powered recliner device in which an external gear, coupled to an internal gear by rotation of first and second wedges and a cam in accordance with drive of the lever socket, rotates eccentrically to adjust an angle of a seatback, during the rotation of the lever socket, the lever socket, the first and second wedges, and the cam are in contact with each other at least two points respectively so as to transmit rotational force of the lever socket without the shaking phenomenon or the vibration even in a load condition.

    본 발명은 파워 리클라이너 장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 레버소켓의 회전에 따른 리클라이닝 작동시, 부품간의 틈새에 따른 진동 및 떨림현상이 발생되지 않도록 구성된 파워 리클라이너 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 레버소켓의 구동에 따른 제1,2웨지 및 캠의 회전에 의해 인터널기어에 결합되어 있는 익스터널기어가 편심회전되어 시트백의 각도가 조절되는 파워 리클라이너 장치에 있어서; 레버소켓의 회전작동시, 레버소켓과 제1,2웨지 및 캠이 각각 서로 2포인트 이상 접촉되어, 부하상태에서도 진동 및 떨림현상없이 레버소켓의 회전력이 전달되도록 되어 있다.
