The present invention relates to a twin-hulled ship which allows a lower body to always maintain balance even if waves roll extremely by uniting two bodies into a body and coupling the united body to a deck to form a single ship, thereby preventing extreme rolling from being concentrated to one side of the ship. The first and second bodies are united into a body, and the united body is coupled to the deck. The tops of the first and second bodies are coupled to each other to be coupled to the deck, and the bottoms of the first and second bodies are separated from each other by a predetermined interval.
