The present invention relates to an integrated electronic operating device and, more specifically, to an electronic operating device including a driving motor rotating an output shaft protruding to the outside of a housing; at least one temperature sensor sensing an inner temperature of the housing; a control unit generating temperature compensating information by receiving information about the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor and controlling the operating device; and at least one temperature compensating body receiving the temperature compensating information from the control unit and controlling the inner temperature of the housing. Disclosed is the electronic operating device wherein an operation controlling method is applied in order to enable the normal operation even in an extremely-low temperature environment which is out of a normal operation possible range of a compartment. The electronic operating device for operating an aileron, a rudder, or a flaperon, and the like according to the present invention is capable of easily obtaining a space for mounting the operating device in an aircraft and minimizing a weight increase of the aircraft caused by the installation of the operating device as a structure of the electronic operating device is simpler and the weight of the electronic operating device is lighter than an operating device using a hydraulic device. In addition, the operating device enabling a normal flight of the aircraft even in the extremely-low temperature environment by increasing the inner temperature of the housing of the operating device or a temperature of the compartment which is out of normal operation possible range even though an ambient temperature is decreased when the aircraft flies at a high altitude.

    본 발명은 통합형의 전기식 구동장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면 하우징의 외부로 돌출되는 출력축을 회전시키는 구동모터와 하우징의 내부 온도를 감지하는 하나 이상의 온도센서와 온도센서로부터 감지된 온도정보를 전달받아 온도보정정보를 생성하고, 구동장치를 제어하는 제어부 및 제어부로부터 온도보정정보를 전달받아 하우징의 내부 온도를 조절하는 하나 이상의 온도보정체를 포함하여 구성되어 구성품의 사용온도범위를 벗어나는 극저온 환경에서도 정상동작하도록 하는 구동제어 방법을 적용한 전기식 구동장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 항공기의 에일러론, 러더 또는 플래퍼론 등을 작동시키는 전기식 구동장치는 유압장치를 이용한 구동장치와 비교하여 구조가 비교적 간단하고 무게가 가벼워, 항공기에 구동장치 장착을 위한 공간확보가 용이하고 구동장치로 인한 항공기의 무게 증가가 최소화될 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있고 항공기가 높은 고도에서 비행하여 주변의 온도가 낮아지더라도 온도보정체가 구동장치의 하우징 내부 또는 정상작동 범위의 온도를 벗어난 구성물의 온도를 상승시켜, 저온의 환경에서도 항공기의 정상적인 비행이 가능하도록 하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
