The present invention provides an offshore structure platform having a movement damping function, comprising: horizontal connection units disposed in the seawater and connected to each other in a grid shape; vertical connection units installed to be stood to protrude from four edge portions of the horizontal connection units toward an upper side of the seawater; and a movement damping unit formed in each edge portion to be extended from the vertical connection unit along the adjacent horizontal connection unit and have a plate shape to have a vertical gap. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the semi-submersible offshore structure having the same and the offshore structure platform stably mooring the offshore structure on the sea.

    본 발명은 해수 내에 배치되며, 격자 상으로 서로 연결되는 수평 연결부와; 상기 수평 연결부의 사방 모서리부에서 상기 해수 상으로 돌출되도록 세워져 설치되는 수직 연결부; 및 상기 사방 모서리부 각각에서, 상기 수직 연결부로부터 이웃하는 상기 수평 연결부를 따라 연장되며, 상하로의 갭을 이루도록 판 상으로 형성되는 운동 감쇠부를 포함하는 해양 구조물용 플랫폼을 제공한다.
