The present invention relates to a berthing structure for a floating LNG bunkering terminal and, more specifically, to a berthing structure for a floating LNG bunkering terminal which berths a floating LNG bunkering terminal on the sea, and minimizes the influence of environmental external force, such as tidal currents, wind, and waves, applied to a floating LNG bunkering terminal while the floating LNG bunkering terminal is berthed. The berthing structure is formed in a T-shape and comprises: a bow part which is extended in the front in a horizontal direction; and a body part which is connected to the bow part and is extended in a vertical direction.
