The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to manufacture shock absorber cover for vehicles. The method comprises: (S100) a first blanking step of producing a first processed goods (10); (S200) a first drawing step of producing a second processed goods (20) by forming a main groove (21) on the first processed goods (10); (S300) a second drawing step of producing a third processed goods (30) by forming a stepped protrusion (31) and a guide groove (32) on the second processed goods (20); (S400) a trimming step of producing a fourth processed goods (40) by cutting a contour of the stepped protrusion (31) and the guide groove (32); (S500) a restriking step of producing a fifth processed goods (50) by bending with precise dimensions based on the stepped protrusion (31) and the guide groove (32) of the fourth processed goods (40); and (S600) a piercing step of producing the finished products by respectively perforating an assembly reference hole (H1) and a wiring hole (H2) on the main groove (21) and the stepped protrusion (31). As such, a cover of a shock absorber which has a multistage complex bent shape can easily and precisely be produced.

    본 발명은 차량용 쇼크 업소버의 커버 제조방법 및 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 1차가공품(10)을 만드는 블랭킹 단계(S100)와; 1차가공품(10)에 메인홈(21)을 형성하여 2차가공품(20)을 만드는 1차 드로잉 단계(S200)와; 2차가공품(20)에 단턱(31)과 가이드홈(32)을 형성하여 3차가공품(30)을 만드는 2차 드로잉 단계(S300)와; 단턱(31)과 가이드홈(32)의 외곽을 따라 절단하여 4차가공품(40)을 만드는 트리밍 단계(S400)와; 4차가공품(40)의 단턱(31)과 가이드홈(32)을 기준으로 정밀한 치수로 절곡하여 5차가공품(50)을 만드는 리스트라이킹 단계(S500) 및; 5차가공품(50)의 메인홈(21)과 단턱(31)에 각각 조립기준홀(H1)과 배선홀(H2)을 천공하여 완제품(60)을 만드는 피어싱 단계(S600)로 구성되고, 이에 의해 다단의 복잡한 절곡 형상을 가지는 쇼크 업소버의 커버를 쉽고도 정밀하게 제조된다.
