The present invention relates to a train operation control system using RFID for controlling a train of which an operating speed is predetermined for each of multiple sections constituting between a first station and a second station. The train operation control system includes: RFID tags installed on a rail road on which the train is operated; an RFID reader which loads RFID tag information recorded in the RFID tags; and an operation control unit which determines a location and an operation speed of the train at predetermined time intervals by analyzing the loaded RFID tag information, determines a section among the multiple sections where the train is located by using the location of the train, extracts a predetermined speed for the determined section, and adjusts the operation speed of the train to be the same with the extracted speed. The RFID tags are installed on the road on which the train moves at a predetermined speed preset for each of the sections for a predetermined period of time.
