The present invention relates to a four-point seat belt module which is worn by a passenger sitting on a seat in a transport means. The four-point seat belt module comprises: a belt unit comprising a first webbing arranged on one horizontal side of the seat in a vertical direction to be adjusted in length, a first belt unit having a first tongue disposed on a portion of the first webbing in a longitudinal direction of the first webbing, a second webbing arranged adjacent to the first belt unit in the vertical direction to be adjusted in length, and a second belt unit having a second tongue disposed on an upper end of the second webbing in a longitudinal direction of the second webbing and selectively mounted on the first tongue; and a mounting unit comprising a first buckle on which the first tongue is mounted from the other side of the belt unit when seen from the seat, a second buckle which is mounted adjacent to the first buckle in a layered form and on which the second tongue is mounted, and a sliding unit to vertically slide at least one among the first buckle and the second buckle. The first tongue and the second tongue are mounted on the first buckle and the second buckle while being mounted on each other in a layered form when the first tongue and the second tongue are mounted on the first buckle and the second buckle, respectively.
