The present invention relates to a lifting device to replace a large size tire and, more specifically, relates to a lifting device to replace a large size tire comprising: height adjusting parts installed in both side ends thereof to stably adjust the height of a vehicle to replace a wheel of the vehicle; and a driving cylinder and an auxiliary movement means installed to support the height adjusting parts and adjust the height, thus stably maintaining horizontality when adjusting the height and supporting the vehicle. The lift device to replace the large size tire comprises: an upper frame having an upper guide part formed on an interior thereof to support the vehicle; a lower frame supporting a bottom surface, having a lower guide part formed inside; height adjusting parts; a driving cylinder; and an auxiliary movement means. Each height adjusting part has one side end where a rotation part is rotatably coupled to an inner end of the upper frame and the lower frame, an other end where a roller part is installed, the roller part inserted into and placed on the upper guide part of the upper frame and the lower guide part of the lower frame to be moved, and a center part where an upper movement support member and a lower movement support member in a pair are connected and coupled, the upper movement support member and lower movement support member formed by a first frame and a second frame, which are crossed and coupled through a rotational axis member to be rotated. As such, the height adjusting parts are installed to correspond to both side ends of the upper frame and the lower frame. The driving cylinder includes a rod part formed on an inner bottom surface of the lower frame to be coupled to a roller part of the first frame formed on the height adjusting part to allow movement in one side direction. The auxiliary movement means is positioned on an outer circumferential surface of the driving cylinder to push the roller part of the first frame, which is formed on the height adjusting part formed in an opposite direction from where the rod part is moved, by the rod part of the driving cylinder.
