The present invention relates to an apparatus to recover bio-fouling of a bottom of a ship removing bio-fouling attached to a bottom of a ship and recovering the bio-fouling. The apparatus comprises: a body unit (110) having a drainage unit (111) formed to guide a flow generated in one direction, having a recovery unit (112) provided to a rear end of the drainage unit (111) to store a collected bio-fouling; a brush (120) positioned on a front end of the drainage unit (111) to be provided to be rotated to the body unit (110); a driving unit (130) installed in the body unit (110) to rotate the brush (120); and a filter unit (140) installed in the body unit (110) between the brush (120) and the recovery unit (112) to filter the bio-fouling moving along the drainage (111) to transmit the bio-fouling to the recovery unit (112).
