The present invention relates to a power supply stabilizing device of a high voltage battery system for a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the power supply stabilizing device of the high voltage battery system for the vehicle, capable of slowly raising a voltage of a capacitor in a high voltage component in an early starting process by using the heating resistance of a temperature raising system mounted in the vehicle to raise the temperature of the battery. Also, the purpose of the present invention is to provide the power supply stabilizing device of the high voltage battery system for the vehicle, capable of securing the stability of the system by discharging the capacitor in the high voltage component by using the heating resistance of the temperature raising system after the starting of the vehicle is off.
