According to an embodiment of the present invention, a coupling structure of a vehicle door may include: an outer frame wherein one end is curved into a curved end portion and an intermediate portion between both ends is curved into an curved intermediate portion; an inner panel of which one end is inserted and fixated into a space between the curved end portions and the other end is welded to the other end of the outer frame by a welding portion and which defines a predetermined space at a predetermined gap to one side of the outer frame between the curved intermediate portion and the welding portion; and a bright molding for covering an outer surface between the curved intermediate portion and the curved end portion, wherein a round coupling portion for covering a rounding portion of the curved intermediate portion and the curved end portion is provided at one end and the other end of the bright molding.
