The present invention provides a wiper emergency driving system for a railway vehicle. A one-way clutch is installed at an existing wiper driving apparatus in order to operate the wiper by simply operating a switch without driving a complicated apparatus when there is trouble in the wiper driving apparatus. The wiper emergency driving system comprises a wiper operating means, a main power transfer means, an auxiliary power transfer means, and a fixing means. The wiper operation means comprises: a link member, which allows a wiper arm to be moved in a left and right direction at a predetermined angle in order to operate a wiper included in a railway vehicle; and a pivot, which is operated by the linker member and is capable of supporting the wiper arm. The main power transfer means comprises: a wiper motor supplying the driving force in order to transfer power to the linker member of the wiper operation means; a one-way clutch, which allows the rotational force of the wiper motor to be transferred to the link member and also allows the shaft of the wiper motor to be separated in an emergency; a main shaft coupled with the one-way clutch; a manual shaft, which allows the rotational force of the main shaft to the link member in a normal operation and allows only the one-way clutch to be operated in an emergency operation not to be influenced by the wiper motor; and a shaft joint connecting the manual shaft with the one-way clutch. The auxiliary power transfer means comprises: a geared motor, which provides driving force in order to transfer auxiliary force to the link member when the wiper motor of the main power transfer means is not operated; and a poly belt, which transfer the rotational force of the geared motor to the manual shaft in order to transfer the rotational force of the geared motor to the link member. The fixing means comprises: a fixing bracket capable of fixing the geared motor to allow a belt of the auxiliary power transfer means to maintain predetermined tension; and a main bracket capable of fixing the main power transfer means and the wiper operation means as well as the fixing bracket.

    본 발명의 목적은 기존의 와이퍼 구동장치에 원웨이 클러치(One-way Clutch)를 설치하여 와이퍼 구동장치에 장애가 발생된 경우 복잡한 장치의 구동 없이 간단한 스위치 조작을 통하여 와이퍼를 작동시킬 수 있게 한 철도차량의 와이퍼 구동장치를 제공한다.
